2022 Holiday Production Deadlines

As the holiday season inches closer, and preparation for a successful holiday rush and year-end ramps up, we want to share our expectations for cutoff dates and production schedules.

The 2022 Holiday standard shipping cutoff date will be Tuesday, December 13 at 6 am CST.  ALL orders received by Stickers & Posters by that time are guaranteed to be printed, shipped with a tracking number, and in the carrier’s possession by the end of the day Friday, December 16.

Rest assured, we will be operating daily from Friday, November 25 through Friday, December 16 to keep up with the demand of the holiday season!   Orders received after the cutoff date and time (Tuesday, December 13 at 6 am CST), will be processed and produces as they come in, although anything placed prior will take precedence.

Please note: Per Stickers & Posters’ standard shipping policies, we are not responsible for any carrier issues.  This includes, but is not limited to: extended transit times, missing or delayed tracking information updates, damage during delivery, incorrect address provided, etc.

Our expectations for production times are as follows:

Non-Peak SLA Time (entire year, minus Holiday season):

3 business days from receiving the order + transit time from selected carrier

Peak SLA Time (only during Holiday season, which runs from Thanksgiving through Christmas):

4 days from receiving the order + transit time from selected carrier

** Saturdays and Sundays are included in these days, as we operate daily during this time

We pride ourselves on maintaining a very quick turnaround time, mostly being within 24-48 hours.  The extra time for the SLA due date simply allows room for error, reprints, and finding any stragglers that may have gotten lost in the shuffle.  If there is any unforeseen reason that these cut off dates are unable to be met, we will be sure to let you know!

We also want to familiarize you with our production process! We typically stop printing in the morning and dedicate the rest of the day to the remaining production and shipping processes.  So, any order placed after lunch time will likely be printed the following day.  The good news is we estimate about 95% of the items we print on any given day, will also be out the door that day!
