Holiday 2025 Shipping Update: Let’s Get Ready Together! 🎁

The holidays are in full swing, and we’re thrilled to support your busiest season of the year! As you prepare your stores, promotions, and gift offerings, we want to keep you updated on our 2025 holiday production and shipping schedule. While our guaranteed deadline for bulk holiday orders was October 1, 2025, we are still accepting holiday orders and printing and shipping as quickly as possible.

Our standard production turnaround remains 2–4 business days, and we’re working hard to maintain fast processing times. However, due to high seasonal volume across major carriers, we encourage all customers to submit holiday orders by Tuesday, December 16 to help ensure on-time delivery.

To help you maximize holiday sales, consider:

• Offering early-season incentives like early-bird discounts or free rush upgrades
• Highlighting your continued fast production and shipping
• Featuring your products in holiday gift guides
• Bundling custom products (stickers, posters, cards) with gift wrap for added value
• Showcasing real customer stories and photos to build excitement
• Encouraging schools, teams, and organizations to place group orders in waves to avoid delays
• Using countdown timers, free shipping upgrades, or referral bonuses to inspire quick purchases

Internally, be sure your team is aligned on production schedules, turnaround times, and customer communication. All messaging should reinforce fast production (2–4 business days) while clearly noting that carrier delays may occur. Continue updating banners, FAQs, and automated emails with delivery reminders. Clear, consistent communication preserves trust, especially during peak shipping season.

Below are the current 2025 domestic carrier shipping deadlines provided by USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Please note that these are recommended delivery dates by December 25 and are not guaranteed.

USPS (Contiguous U.S.)

• Ground Advantage & First-Class Mail: December 17, 2025
• Priority Mail: December 18, 2025
• Priority Mail Express: December 20, 2025
  (For Alaska/Hawaii, deadlines may be one day earlier.)

FedEx

• Express Saver: December 19, 2025
• 2Day / 2DayAM: December 20, 2025
• Overnight (First, Priority, Standard): December 23, 2025
• Same-Day (select areas): December 24, 2025

UPS

• Ground: Approximately December 16, 2025 (varies by location)
• 3-Day Select: December 19, 2025
• 2nd Day Air: December 20, 2025
• Next Day Air: December 23, 2025

While these deadlines represent carrier recommendations, they’re not guaranteed as weather, volume, and regional factors can still affect delivery times. Use them as general planning guidelines and communicate them to your customers so they understand the potential risks of last-minute ordering.

Rest assured, we are still printing and shipping orders every day, and the sooner you place yours, the better your chances of holiday arrival. Please be sure to submit all of your holiday orders by December 16 to guarantee the timely delivery of your holiday POD orders!
